Hardware
Launching hardware projects with the help of the 8051 microcontroller and subsequent versions of this microcontroller were some of the early experiences, and after that, working with various microcontrollers and designing PCBs, assembling and troubleshooting various components ultimately led to the production of automatic school bells, and then food delivery and attendance card readers were produced. In these devices, working with various displays, various communication ICs, various keys, fingerprint modules, and various barcode and contactless card readers were hardware that were experienced during the work period.
Customer relationship
Engineer Khoei believes that the secret to the success of any business lies in understanding the customer and feeling responsible for their needs, and he has devoted all his efforts to this direction throughout his career. One of the difficulties of my work has been the diversity of the customer base and the variety of products. Especially when the use of products in the field of cards, software, and related equipment had not yet been developed for the general public, it required a lot of patience and tolerance to both fix bugs and product defects and satisfy a diverse range of people, including academics, non-academics, young, old, educated, and illiterate.
Management
In 2011, Setareh Jahan Gostar Research Company had reached the mark of 10,000 institutional, corporate, and academic customers, and about 8 million people were using the company’s various products. The most widely used products were the cafeteria systems of all universities in the country, followed by the attendance system, and then the bus ticket card system installed and launched in 40 cities across the country. Other products, including systems related to sports clubs and parking lot traffic, as well as other subsystems produced related to nutrition products such as dormitory or club systems such as card readers for gaming centers, have also increased the number of users of this system. Managing the company’s employees and representatives on the one hand, and managing relationships with the company’s customers on the other, have been among the managerial skills of Engineer Khoei during his career.
Software
Carrying out software projects related to hardware with low-level languages C and assembly, and software projects initially with Delphi and then with C# are among Engineer Khoei’s early experiences. Also, various projects have been designed and implemented by him from scratch or developed. Moderate familiarity with and implementation or development of various projects in the programming languages Python, Java, Android, WPF, HTML, PHP, and other languages are among the skills acquired during my career.
